To preserve the flavour of the fresh fruits used in its shots, Phyltres devoted two and a half years of research and development to them, in collaboration with Agrotec — not to mention the countless hours spent on dozens of tasting sessions and sensory analyses carried out by a panel of consumers before industrial production began. The shots are heated for the minimum amount of time and at a moderate temperature in order to retain the freshness and organoleptic qualities (flavour, texture, colour, etc.) of the ingredients. Local and predominantly of French origin, the ingredients are rigorously selected by Phyltres according to their functional properties.

100% of our products come in glass, a material that is infinitely recyclable, produced in France or Italy, and made 30% lighter. The weight of our packaging ranges from 70 to 123 g, which is less than that of a fresh apple.
