With a degree in psychology, Inès Nassour (center in the photo) is the spa director of the 5-star hotel Paris J’adore (Paris XVII). Her acute sense of service and guest experience rooted her in this enchanting place where the rose reigns supreme.

Nothing predestined her to hold such a wonderful position in the world of well-being. “After completing university studies in psychology, I applied to the spa of the Paris J’adore hotel as a receptionist. Management trusted me and gave me a chance; I eventually became assistant manager and then spa director.” More than a job, Inès holds responsibilities that give true meaning to her professional life. Since its opening in 2020, the establishment has made the winning bet of human connection and personalization. Its values align with the ones Inès stands for: creating guest wonder, offering precious moments to disconnect from the turbulence of daily life and reconnect with oneself. In this magical place, “you don’t buy a product or a service. You live a dream, a piece of a story,” she explains.

Exceptional moments of relaxation

Located on a discreet, almost confidential street in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, the hotel welcomes an international and local clientele - mainly couples - in search of romantic experiences.

In a soft and dim atmosphere, each room is unique. Here, it is decorated with a round bed, a swing, and artworks…; there, it features a jacuzzi or a sensory shower… to awaken the senses and create unforgettable moments. The spa, for its part, welcomes mainly Parisian and Île-de-France guests, “couples and solo women” seeking unique relaxation and wellness experiences. The 11-meter infinity pool, the Himalayan salt cave, sensory showers, sauna, hammam, ice fountain, and two treatment rooms… are available for two hours, either privately or shared for events like bachelorette parties, birthdays, or marriage proposals. Beyond the magnificent spa facilities she watches over meticulously, Inès manages a team of 7 permanent staff, “committed young women who share the same vision,” as well as 8 therapists. “I’m lucky to have a team that supports me and speaks the same language.”

Values shape trust

Iconic of French elegance and chic, the rose takes center stage in delicate soliflores on all the lobby and restaurant tables of the Paris J’adore hotel. “It is the flower that symbolizes sensuality, beauty, mystery, secrecy…” It was only natural for Inès to select Phyltres, the natural In&Out beauty brand with Rose of France®.

The brand shares the hotel’s values of authenticity, naturalness, ethics, and sustainability. The galenic formulations are advanced, the textures incredibly refined. I genuinely appreciate the quality of its formulas and recipes, as well as the traceability of ingredients sourced in France.” Displayed on a beautifully designed shelf, the drinkable beauty shot sets and facial skincare products catch the eye and appeal to women between 35 and 45, focused on their well-being and who love to pamper themselves.
