Why did you choose to collaborate with phyltres?
I had a good feeling, and I like to think things through... It was a project that came at the right time (right in the middle of lockdown, editor’s note), one I could dedicate meaningful time to and that aligned perfectly with my values.
What does the rose inspire in you?
I love flowers, especially the rose. It inspires serenity and love.
Do you use rose water in your cooking?
Not very often. I use it to create beautiful harmonies between different aromas and to give it the place it deserves at the heart of a bouquet of ingredients.
What is your favorite ingredient?
Cherry! It's crunchy and juicy. It’s a fruit you never get tired of because its season is so short.
