Deliveries may be delayed during peak periods (end of year celebrations, special promotions). We invite you to anticipate your orders and we will do our best to deliver to you as soon as possible.
International deliveries are handled by Colissimo, B2C or DHL. Times and fees vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs, taxes and customs duties are at your expense.

Delivery times are given for information only and are the responsibility of the carriers. Phyltres cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines.
From Monday to Friday, except for weekends and public holidays, an order placed before 11:30 is processed and shipped the same day. The orders placed after 11:30 are shipped the next day.An order placed after 11:30 on Friday and during the weekend is shipped the following Monday.In the case of a public holiday, the order is shipped the following working day.
2/Order tracking
You will be informed by e-mail of each major progress of your order :
- When the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a second email containing the tracking number for your package.
- You can also check the status of the order at any time by visiting the website of the chosen carrier to follow the delivery of the package.
3/ Returns
Return conditions
You can return the product ordered on www.phyltres.com for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Return costs are free.
The returned product must imperatively be intact, unopened, in its original packaging, accompanied by the possible gift or promotional item, the order number, the reason for the return and the documents necessary to process the return.
Return process
To return a product, you must contact customer service at bonjour@phyltres.com to receive the return label to stick on the box.
